SZJ-S1 Single-Station High-Speed Dispensing Machine
SZJ-S1 is a single-station high-speed dispensing machine for seamless bras, yoga wear, ready-to-wear garments and other flexible-fabric sportswear. Dot, line, wavy-line and dotted-line dispensing; travel speed 700 mm/s; work travel 1200 × 800 mm; 220 V, 1.8 kW; touchscreen control.
Equipment Functions & Characteristics
1.Dispending mode: Dot,Line,Wavy line and Dotted line.
2.Dispensing speed: Accurate positioning and speed can besetting by system.
3.Storage: Can be saved more than 50pcs files,15 thsound dots are acceptable on one file, easy to switch.
4.Machine frame: Adopting square welding technology, the machine is stable and moves at high speed to reduce vibration, and the exterior paint is in bright white color.
5.Machine drive: Each module is driven by an independent servo motor to improve machine response and speed.
6.Working mode: Can be set to work in automatic cycle or manually work, it’s more convenient for factory usage.
7.User Interface: Simple to use and learn.
