SZT-180PUR PUR Hot-Melt Flat-Bed Laminating Machine
SZT-180PUR is a PUR hot-melt flat-bed laminating machine with a heated knurled coating roller. It bonds fabric, foam and film at up to 52 m/min on an 1800 mm roller face, with CNC-machined parts, Mitsubishi PLC control, a Weinview touch screen and two 55-gallon PUR melters.
Equipment Functions & Characteristics
High-precision laminating with flexible, reliable temperature control. The knurled coating roller is heated with thermal oil, from room temperature up to 200°C.
Rigid wall-plate frame. Wall plates, rollers and key parts are CNC-machined for stable, long-lasting operation.
Mitsubishi PLC with Weinview touch screen. The interface is simple and easy to learn, and a single operator can run the line.
Electric automatic gap adjustment between the knurled roller and the pressure roller, set on the touch screen and adjustable during production without stopping. The gap value is shown in real time.
Pneumatic quick advance and retract doctor blade with micro-adjusters at both ends, for precise control of glue quantity and easy cleaning.
Two 55-gallon moisture-curing PUR platen melters with multi-zone temperature control (±1°C), tri-colour glue-level lights with alarm, and a sleep mode that saves energy during breaks.
Conveyor with fabric storage trough, pre-lamination roller and heavy pressure roller. The heavy press is applied as the PUR reaction nears completion, to raise bond strength.
Air-cooled conveyor with large air curtains and a seamless PVC belt, driven by a servo motor synchronized with the coating unit.
