Equipment Functions & Characteristics

• Works with knitted and woven fabric, in rolls or folded bolts.
• Servo-motor control gives accurate positioning and neat, aligned fabric heads and tails. Acceleration and deceleration are smooth and quiet.
• Several spreading modes, including single pull, double pull, double pull with double cut, front and rear press, and step laying.
• Spreading speed is adjustable in several steps, up to 80 m/min.
• The machine stops automatically when the fabric runs out.
• Touch screen for setting spreading length, mode, number of layers, speed and segments; fabric settings can be saved and recalled.
• The feeding group and the cutter lift together, which shortens the drop to the cutting table and keeps the fabric edges neat.
• Multi-function hopper for rolled fabric or folded bolts.
