XJ Series Vacuum Defoaming Machine
Vacuum defoaming machine for silicone and AB glue. In a silicone bra line it removes air bubbles from the silicone before filling. Seven chamber sizes from 300 × 300 × 300 mm to 900 × 800 × 600 mm; custom sizes available.
Equipment Functions & Characteristics
- Removes air bubbles from silicone, AB glue, epoxy resin and other liquids under vacuum. In a silicone bra line it is the first step, before the silicone goes into the filling machine.
- Also used for LED lighting, LED epoxy resin, plastic toys, transformer potting and resin crafts, wherever mixing and defoaming have to be done well.
- Solid construction and a good vacuum effect, with strong air-tightness. The vacuum can reach -0.1 MPa and holds for 24 hours without leakage.
- Simple to operate and easy to maintain.

All chamber sizes can be customized, and the vacuum pump can be matched to your requirements. Do not undersize the pump: a pump that is too small cannot pull a deep enough vacuum, and the glue will not defoam completely. Our engineers will recommend the right pump for your volume.
The machine is also sold as a vacuum defoaming tank or vacuum defoaming barrel. The chamber, a vacuum pump, a vacuum gauge, vacuum piping and a vacuum controller form one complete system.
