Seamless Bra Manufacturing Solution

Fabric layers are bonded with glue instead of sewn seams. Here is the process and the machines behind it.

Production Process

The bonded process runs in eight stages.

Watch the seamless bonded bra production process

1

Glue Brushing

Brush glue onto the first layer of fabric.

Machines: SZS-001 · SZS-12070 (all-in-one)

2

Precise Bonding

Align the two fabric layers precisely and bond them together on a board flipping machine. With the SZS-12070 all-in-one machine, one machine completes both glue brushing and bonding.

Machines: SZY-60110 · SZS-12070 (all-in-one)

3

Baking

Bake the bonded pieces at about 120°C for about 15 minutes.

Machines: SZK-001

4

Edge Cutting

After cooling, cut off the excess material with a precision hydraulic four-column cutting machine and a trimming die.

Machines: SZQ-40T

5

Cup Shape Setting

Heat press the trimmed pieces into cup shape on a fabric cup molding machine before the bra cups are placed.

Machines: SZD-850 · SZD-850A

6

Cup Film Lamination

Laminate the bra cups with film on a film suction machine.

Machines: SZX-819

7

Cup Fixing

Place the laminated cup inside the shaped bra. Hot and cold press it so the cup stays fixed in the bra.

Machines: SZD-813D

8

Bar Tacking & Back Closure

Bar tack the bra with a sewing machine and attach the back closure with a back hook machine. The bra is then finished.
