Silicone Adhesive Bra Pads Solution

The machines needed to make adhesive bra pads, from foam lamination to baking and packing.

Production Process

An adhesive bra pad line runs through seven stages, from laminating the foam to packing the finished pads.

1

Foam Lamination

Fabric is laminated onto both sides of the foam on a laminating machine.

2

Fabric Spreading and Cutting

The laminated material is laid on the cutting table by an automatic fabric spreading machine, then cut into pieces of different sizes.

3

Cup Setting

The cut pieces go onto the cup molding machine, where heat and pressure set them into the cup shape.

4

Trimming

An automatic swing-arm cutting machine trims the excess material off the set cups.

5

Glue Injection

The trimmed semi-finished cups go through the glue injection machine, which injects the glue into each cup.

6

Rack Stacking and Tunnel Oven Baking

After injection the cups are stacked on racks. When a 25-layer rack is full, it is pulled to the entrance of the tunnel oven. Baking bonds the silicone glue to the cups.

Release Paper and Packing

After the oven, release paper is applied and the finished pads are packed for shipping. Some products need extra steps such as bar tacking and button fixing, depending on the design.
