Silicone Bra Manufacturing Solution

The machines needed to make silicone bras, from vacuum defoaming to baking and packing.

Production Process

A silicone bra pad line runs through six stages, from bubble-free silicone to finished, packed products.

1

Vacuum Defoaming

A vacuum defoaming machine removes the air bubbles from the silicone first. The degassed silicone is then poured into bucket A and bucket B of the filling machine.

2

Bag Making and Glue Filling

The filling machine heat-presses two rolls of TPU film into a bag. Silicone A and B then pass through a mixing tube into the bag. An acrylic plate presses down from the front to push out the air, and the mould seals the bag. Once the parameters are set, the machine runs fully automatically.

3

Hot Press Setting

The filled semi-finished pieces go into the silicone setting machine and are shaped by hot pressing in the mould. The usual temperature is about 110 °C, and the time runs from 120 to 380 seconds depending on the product.

4

Edge Trimming

Set pieces are trimmed with scissors. Round and flower-shaped pieces can be trimmed on the edge cutting machine.

5

Glue Brushing

Glue is brushed onto the trimmed pieces by hand. Small nipple covers can also be brushed by machine.

6

Tunnel Oven Baking and Packing

The brushed pieces pass through the tunnel oven to bake the glue. After baking, release paper is applied and the products are packed for shipping.
