There is no single machine list for a bra factory. The equipment depends on the type of bra you plan to make. We offer three production-line solutions, each built from the steps that product needs.

Molded bra cups

A bra cup line covers foam and fabric lamination, fabric spreading, sheet cutting, cup molding and cup cutting. Key machines include the SZT-180PUR laminating machine, the SZAF-190 series fabric spreading machine, a CNC foam cutting machine, SZD-series molding machines and a swing arm hydraulic cutting machine. Seamless (bonded) bras

Seamless bonding uses glue brushing, precise bonding, baking, edge cutting, cup shape setting, cup film lamination, cup fixing and bar tacking with back closure. Silicone bras

A silicone bra line covers vacuum defoaming, bag making and glue filling, hot press setting, edge trimming, glue brushing, and tunnel oven baking and packing.
