Dongguan Shanzheng Machinery Co., Ltd. is the sales company. The machines are built by our production factory, Huizhou Minhe Technology Co., Ltd. We have supplied bra cup molding, seamless bonded and silicone bra equipment since 2005.

Yes. Mold plates for our molding machines can be made to order. As a standard example, the SZD-810 double-station molding machine is offered with 420 × 220 mm, 450 × 250 mm and 550 × 350 mm mold plates.
Our standard quotation gives a 12-month warranty on the whole machine and 6 months on wearing parts. The delivery time is confirmed after the order is placed.
Production Processes and Machines
The main steps are PUR laminating, fabric spreading, cutting into sheets, cup molding on a bra cup molding machine, and cup cutting on a swing-arm hydraulic cutting machine. The full process and machine list is on our bra cup production page.
Two fabric layers are bonded with glue instead of being sewn. One layer is brushed with glue, then a board flipping machine aligns and bonds the two layers. The bonded pieces are baked at about 120°C for about 15 minutes and cooled. A precision four-column hydraulic cutting machine and trimming die then remove the excess. After that the cup shape is set, the cup is film-laminated and fixed into the bra by hot and cold pressing, and the back closure is added. A typical silicone bra line uses a silicone dispensing machine such as the SZG-260, a silicone hot press molding machine such as the SZD-810P, glue brushing, defoaming, an edge trimming machine such as the SZQ-820, and a tunnel oven. Browse the silicone bra equipment.
It replaces the traditional glue brushing step. Instead of brushing glue on the cloth cup and waiting for it to dry, the machine vacuum-laminates adhesive film directly onto the cup, and the laminated pieces go straight to the next step. The film material is recyclable, which helps for exported products with environmental requirements. See the SZX-819 page.
The SZQ-ZD2022 CNC foam cutting machine cuts PU foam, memory foam, sponge and latex up to 2500 × 2000 × 1200 mm with ±0.5 mm accuracy and very little dust. For the foam pad inside bra cups, the SZQ-824 (disc type), SZQ-822 (left-right) and SZQ-823 (forward-reverse) cutting machines are available.
A single-station machine, such as the SZD-809, has one molding position. A double-station machine, such as the SZD-810 or SZD-810D, has two, so it gives higher output per machine in the same workshop. Compare them in our bra cup molding equipment category.
Choosing the Right Machine
The line combines the SZT-180PUR PUR hot-melt flat-bed laminating machine, the SZAF-190 series automatic fabric spreading machine, bra cup molding machines (SZD-818 or SZD-810), the SZY-867 swing arm die cutting machine and the SZJ-809J glue injection molding machine, followed by a tunnel oven for baking. The SZAF-190 series spreads fabric automatically. The SZY-436 fabric inspection machine has a 1900 mm drum with automatic edge alignment and a counter. The SZJ-805 fabric rolling machine aligns edges with infrared and has a 45° bias function. The SZS-688 fabric shrinking machine pre-shrinks fabric with steam (1900 mm working width), and the SZQ-806 CNC strip cutting machine cuts strips as narrow as 2 mm.
Dispensing machines such as the SZJ-S1 (high-speed) and SZJ-S2 (visual) apply glue in dots, lines and other patterns. The SZS-001 glue brushing machine brushes glue onto the pieces. The SZX-819 film suction machine vacuum-laminates adhesive film directly onto the fabric, so there is no glue to dry, and the film is recyclable. The SZD-809 is a single-station machine (mold platform 250 × 450 mm, 4 kW). The SZD-810D is a double-station machine (250 × 450 mm, 8 kW). The SZD-818 is fully automatic, with automatic feeding, molding and unloading (760 × 450 mm, 6 kW). The SZY-867 swing arm die cutting machine (20 T) and the SZQ-40T four-column hydraulic cutting machine both cut leather, fabric, foam and other soft materials with a cutting die. For trimming the edges of silicone nipple covers, use the SZQ-820 edge trimming machine.
Technical Questions
Most molding machines run on AC220V with compressed air at 0.4–0.8 MPa. Larger machines, such as the SZX-819 film suction machine and the SZK-001 oven, use 380V. Each product page lists the exact power and air requirement.
Our molding machines, such as the SZD-810, SZD-810D and SZD-810P, allow the molding time to be set from 0 to 999 seconds, so you can adjust it to your fabric and foam.
